Terms of use

The ground rules.

Short, because the site is free and you can leave at any time.

Who these terms are with

This site is operated by ORRJO Limited, trading as Asand, registered in England and Wales (company number 13925853), registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. Contact: hello@asand.io.

Who the site is for

Asand is for people aged 18 or over who use it in the course of their work, on behalf of an organisation. It isn’t designed for consumers or for personal purchases.

Your answers

Please answer honestly and only about your own organisation. Don’t submit answers on someone else’s behalf without their permission, and don’t use automated tools to submit responses. We may exclude responses that look automated, rushed or misleading.

Your result

Your score and advice are calculated automatically from your answers using our published rubric. They are general guidance to help you think about a buying decision, not professional, legal or financial advice, and you should make your own judgement before acting on them.

Our content

Reports and pages on this site belong to ORRJO Limited. You’re welcome to quote short extracts with a credit and a link to asand.io. Please don’t republish whole reports or present our findings as your own.

Introductions

If you ask us to introduce you to a technology supplier, any relationship you then have with that supplier is between you and them. We don’t act as anyone’s agent and we aren’t responsible for a supplier’s products or services.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on a result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
